Designed for the wedding professional who is ready to step away from the noise and reconnect with their vision, their work, and themselves. This is not a workshop, and itβs not necessarily a vacation. Itβs a deliberate reset.
Equal parts business clarity and nervous system restoration, the experience blends intimate business and life coaching, thoughtful conversation, and immersive design with space to slow down, reflect, and recalibrate alongside a small group of like-minded creatives.

Do i have to be a member to attend a Mae&Co monthly retreat?
Yes. We create these retreats as a unique membership perk for our Mae&Co Monthly members to come together in person to nourish their connections and our community. All retreat attendees must be active members at the time of purchase and the time of the retreat.
Are there payment plans available?
Absolutely. We know that this is an investment in yourself and your business and we believe in doing everything we can to make these retreats accessible to our members. We will have an 8 month payment plan for those who need it.
is this retreat all work or all play?
The focus of this retreat is to find inspiration, education and relaxation. We know you work hard, and we want to go all out on curating a space for you to enjoy luxurious accommodations, five star meals and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. But you can also expect to enjoy strategic business sessions and individual training with Manda, the Owner and Creative Director of Mae&Co Creative.
Is mexico safe?
Yes, this area of Mexico is just as safe as many of the destinations youβre likely already traveling to.
At the end of the day, this is an international experience, and we approach it with care. We stay informed, take precautions seriously, and feel fully confident hosting the retreat hereβwe wouldnβt do it otherwise. Todos Santos is one of my favorite places to spend time, and Iβve chosen it intentionally.
Weβll take every measure on our end to ensure a safe, seamless experience. All we ask is that you come with the same awareness you would anywhere else you travel.
Can I share a room with a friend and get a discount?

This retreat is priced solely at cost. There is no profit being made by mae&co monthly. We have partnered with all vendors involved to keep costs as reasonable as possible for attendees while also providing a luxury, one-of-a-kind experience.
